SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, APPLICATIONS/APPLICATION ARCHITECT (#507355E); LOCATION: ALLEN, TX
Will be part of software product development team delivering innovative Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Solutions. Responsible for developing and demonstrating Limn Labs’s supply chain software products (Procure to Pay and Reverse Logistics) know-how, configure technical functionalities, work with cross functional teams to implement product enhancements and conversions. Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Procure to Pay Cycle with experience in Retail, Wholesale, and Consumer Goods Industries. Conduct business requirements workshops with client project team, understand current business process, gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and recommend process reengineering solutions for improvement. Draw future process workflow models, solution process flows for gaps between application functionality and client requirements, prepare technical designs, test scripting, training manuals and cut-over activities. Collaborate with the Technical Architects, UI/UX experts, and Technology and Business Functions to support Concept / High Level Designs / End to End Solution. Work with developers in building web service integrations such as REST/SOAP protocols for data exchange between systems and Strong technical hands on in PL/SQL and cloud architecture. Design business analytics database, analytical data structures and BI reports for business decision making. Responsible for accomplishing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) milestones such as requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design for the IT projects. Provide direct hands-on technical configurations, knowledge and ensure continuous availability of systems, trouble shoot & fix system performance issues. Ensure process compliance and security. Facilitate migration activities during configuration and cut over phase, facilitate roll outs to different business units, document standard operating procedures. Provides on-going project management and status reporting at all levels. Provides advice and input into the project plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems or related field along with six (6) years of Lead Experience in custom solutions and integrations with experience in Oracle ERP Procure to Pay or Order to Cash functionalities, Custom Solutions development and integrations, and ERP implementation experience using Oracle or SAP. Employer will accept experience pre or post Master’s Degree.
